training that fits their talent, ability, and interest.

• To coach, training, and guide young adult to become self-independent
• To explore the interest of each young adult
• To work with parents
• To link young adult with the community after graduate BCC
• To organize inclusive programs such as sports and Olympics
• To teach life skills
• To report to BCC coordinator
