training that fits their talent, ability, and interest.
- To coach, training, and guide young adult to become self-independent
- To explore the interest of each young adult
- To work with parents
- To link young adult with the community after graduate BCC
- To organize inclusive programs such as sports and Olympics
- To teach life skills
- To report to BCC coordinator
